Gateway X, a venture studio founded by Jesse Pujji, is looking for a new CEO and co-founder to help launch a new business, called Bootstrapped Giants, dedicated to becoming the #1 resource for bootstrapped entrepreneurs.

As the CEO and co-founder of this business, you will have a unique opportunity to work alongside and learn from Jesse, a renowned entrepreneur and growth marketing expert, to expand on a powerful personal brand and create impactful content that resonates with his audience of dreamers, entrepreneurs, and business operators. You’ll be building on top of a strong foundation that includes over 200,000 followers (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Newsletter) and over 2.2M Monthly Content Impressions.

This role is far from your traditional corporate job. It’s a dream opportunity. You will be co-founding a new operation and receive meaningful equity in the new entity. Leading Jesse’s media brand, you'll develop as an entrepreneur by working in a fast-paced environment that offers flexibility, autonomy, and immense growth potential. Direct access to Jesse and his network is a huge unlock. He’s friends with all the big names in the entrepreneurial and D2C communities, from founders to VC’s and PE investors.

In addition to Jesse, you’ll work inside the Gateway X venture studio with other experienced operators to share our founders (and their business creation) stories with the world.

🤝Responsibilities:

The right person will obsess over this and more:

• Define and execute a strategy to grow Jesse’s personal brand to millions of followers across platforms
• Grow an email list of engaged followers and explore monetization opportunities
• Lead all content initiatives including strategy, ideation, prioritization, production, and distribution to routinely beat distribution and engagement goals
• Draft, review, and provide feedback on all content, ensuring they align with the brand's voice, quality standards, and audience needs.
• Develop and launch the best courses, community, and free resources for ambitious bootstrapped entrepreneurs

🎯What we’re looking for:

• At least 5+ years experience and advancement in the media, marketing, or branding industry.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with real examples of creating content seen by millions
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a fascination with entrepreneurship, growth marketing, and bootstrapping businesses
• Expert level writing and editing skills with a unique ability to capture the essence of any story.
