Below is the update from the last couple weeks. Last week was very exciting as we pushed our big sPMD announcement. The response in the market has been amazing: I had over 700 congratulations emails, tons of client inbounds and lots of web and social traffic! Huge PROPS to our marketing team and everyone else who really drove the message out and got some amazing coverage.
Now our focus shifts to scaling our team and company to successfully grow as an sPMD. This growth is not without its "pains" but this is all a normal part of hacking through the jungle. OKRs will help us get organized and prioritize and we will be continuing to adapt/change as we scale. Make sure to tell it like it is and get feedback/solutions/ideas out there, we are all in this together!
OKRs are all up on confluence, please start working with your manager on your individual Q3 OKRs!

Congrats to Alanna G. starting FULL TIME as our Office Manager in NY! Alanna has done a great job of coordinating recruiting, the office move and countless other things!
Welcome Dario Sheikh joining as a BA on the Actions team - Dario hails from UC Davis where he studied Econ and worked for a college prepaid card doing spend optimization.
We are currently reviewing the PULSE SURVEY everyone took a few weeks back and will review the results internally with some suggested changes
We are in the process of looking at Candidate CRM software - JobVite is not cutting it. We are revisiting
Product/Engineering
Thanks to Mark/Nick/Kushal and the whole Engineering team for the July 2nd presentation! (available on confluence)... we're making great strides there with awesome rate of change!
APS is out! Teams should be noticing the benefits of much better data integrity/resilience. Please share any feedback.
