1. Write down how you spend your time every day in the Task column.
  2. In the Excitement level column, write down whether that task increased your energy (UP), didn’t impact your energy levels (FLAT), or depleted your energy levels (DOWN).
  3. For every task that depleted your energy, write out how you will delegate that task to someone else, stop doing it altogether, or do it differently in the future in the Kill Plan column.
